BM 3 update. Missing Syscoins.

Hi there, I have updated my BM to v 3, and an amount of my sys is missing.

I have a master node and those funds are showning ,plus the rewards. If I reindex, the correct amount of Sys shows breafly, but disaperars. Also my alias that I created for my master node does not appear
n BM 3. It was there in BM 1.2.2.

Thanks for any help that you are able to offer me.

Some more notes.

I have tried reindexing several times. Reinstalling. And also importing my private keys for both of my alias's
from BM 1.2.3. Also tried for help on the sys slack channel.

Issue now fixed. Got some great help from the cool guys on Sys slack. Can resolve this now.
