Better data interchange format

There should to be a robust, modern way of moving data between apps. OPML does not really solve the problem. There has to be a standard way of moving a user's actual listening data along with subscriptions. The cost of switching to a new app for people who have been listening to podcasts for years is growing, and that is likely hurting innovation.
