Does anything else need to be done before submitting to PeerJ? If not, I will do it tomorrow or Thursday.

One little fix to the pprint example for the new template. We maybe could also just use xetex for the whole paper now, but I didn't want to mess with it. #196
There may be few more things (https://peerj.com/about/author-instructions/cs):
The manuscript does not follow PeerJ reference style. But they say that it is not mandatory in the initial submission
Figures should be referred to as "Fig."
Only the corresponding author needs to provide email address on the title page
But I'm fine with submitting "as is". It will be fixed in proofreading if we get accepted.
