[Site] Few visual bugs (Perfect for a first PR)

Hey! There few visuals bug in SymfonyUX website. I know this is maybe only CSS, but if this is your PR this can be a good way to start.

1 on mobile when you click to open the menu we have a big space at the top. We should remove this spacing. #1715

on mobile and in the https://ux.symfony.com/icons, the search bar, to search for icons is not usable. I think on mobile we should have two line, one for the actions buttons, and one for the search bar. And we can have some smaller padding. #1718

on mobile and in the https://ux.symfony.com/icons, if you click on the menu button the search bar of the icons appear to be on the menu. The search bar should not be on the menu. #1716
