I manifested a "State of Diffusion++" meetup yesterday that I felt was a success. 200 people signed up! Here are some photos!
Background drama
Last weekend Tanishq Abraham dm'ed me to meet in SF and potentially do a small meetup. He gave me a couple dates and I set it on Thursday. This was the result:
Based on recent interactions with venue representatives I assumed that this was going to be easier than it was, but my primary and 3 backups failed, and so I had to scramble to find an event venue with <36 hours to go. Twitter to the rescue:
