Missing exception handle in version distributed via pacman

Version of library distributed by pacman is different from version in master branch.

Some of missing stuff found:

• ThreadExceptionDump and ThreadExceptionDesc are missing in /opt/devkit/include/switch/arm/thread_context.h
• exception handling is missing in examples

sudo dkp-pacman -Syu doesn't solve the issue

There isn't a release for that yet...

The version distributed through pacman is the latest stable version. There hasn't been a new stable version released yet.
