Need to re-setup for every machine if using `code-server` (vscode.dev)

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

1. I use code-server (a variant of vscode.dev) and was able to install this plugin manually
2. Being cloud based, I use a number of machines to access the same workspace
3. However, I have to re-setup/login this plugin on every machine which quickly becomes tedious

Steps to reproduce

1. Open my cloud VSCode instance and login
2. But I have to re-setup Code Time again if I login from a different computer/chrome

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

I should not have to re-setup `Code Time` when on a different machine

ACTUAL RESULTS

I have to re-setup Code Time again

I suspect this has to do with where/how Code Time is storing its account information
