git config `core.autocrlf` option is incorrect

What is the problem?
There is an incorrect recommendation to set core.autocrlf to false in the "Setting Up Git" episode. The recommendation is to set it to false, but the linked section from the Pro Git book says to set it to true.
This has been referenced before, but it looks like the issue has persisted through to the main webpage. We had a helper catch this issue and noticed it was different from GitHub's recommendation as well.
