Really needs to flag whats already enabled

Like many of these types of tweaker apps, i simply wont use them if they dont flag whats already selected
Its like blindly stabbing at things
WinSlap is meant to be used after a fresh installation of Windows, so it should be assumed that no items have been applied yet. I don't plan on implementing or maintaining a system check, sorry.
