Feature: Make this plugin configurable

There are several issues that requires optional configuration. But this plugin is not designed to be configurable so far.
TBH, I'm not sure how to implement these kind of configuration feature for plugin and I don't have much time for this since I don't use Kotlin at work these days.
If anyone is interested, PRs for this feature are welcome 🙂
