unable to install the package

Below is the information after I keyin "install_github("susanathey/causalTree")", Anyone can help me solve this? My system is Windows 10

On Windows 10, installing Rtools gave me the make command and resolved this error for me. https://cran.rproject.org/bin/windows/Rtools/
