Inform users they need additional plugins

It may not be apparent to first time users that they also need additional plugins to make this one do something useful.
One idea would be to show a notification with this information, and capability to either jump to search with prefilled text or open a webpage to the list of scroll-marker plugins.
Personally, I would bundle the two plugins into one :) Is there some particular reason to keep them separated?
Yes. For one, it will end up as a huge plugin as more and more features will need to be plotted on the scroll bar.
Secondly, while this is slightly more counter-intuitive for now, it give better customization options, as you don;t have to install a huge plugin if you just want to highlight search results, for example.
Finally, it gives developers the possibility to add scroll marking as a feature in their existing plugins without having highlights other than what they want for their plugin.
