Empty response header for st-access-token and st-refresh-token are removed by Vercel proxy

This affects sign out in header based auth wherein the frontend access and refresh tokens aren't removed.
Please see the related PR (or the fix/handle_missing_empty_headers branch) if you want to test the fix to this issue we get to releasing it.
This has been released in version >= 16.0.10
