Internal microphone works fine but ComboJack microphone is not working!

Try to set different layout-id's under device properties in config.plist. The available ids are: 0x100003, layout 3, 20, 27, 28, 29.
Current is 29, so instead of 1d000000 you set it to: 03000000, 14000000, 1B000000, 1C000000 respectively.

I have the same device as yours (ALC 668). 29 is the layout-id that I previously used in Mojave and was Ok. In Big Sur I think it is the only layout-id that works better. I also tried 20, 27 and 28. no chance!

Then there isn't a layout-id that makes the mic work, and someone would have to follow the instructions to make one.
