Toolchange Gcode repeated multiple times when parallel printing step is active

What happened?
Toolchange Gcode is repeated 3 times on the first layer when parallel printing step is set to anything but 0.
This happens only on the first layer and subsequent tool changes are performed only once as they should be.
Complete individual objects is unaffected.

Set printing step to 5, set each object to print with different extruders and disable complete individual objects
