Bithound incomplete check

Bithound seems to fail when you try to check for a sha that doesn't exist inside the requested branch. If that is not the case it still fails and needs to be updated. Pull request checks are disabled until further notice.
In the meantime any pushed branch should immediately open a pull request to avoid bithound failing on release.
