Need Guidance on the References

First of all I pray that may Allah reward you and your team for the effort that has been put in place to run this website and maintain the Hadees collection online.
I am translating a book from Urdu to English which describes in details the Hajj journey of the Prophet ﷺ as it was done by him in the light of authentic ahadees.
I have to copy the Arabic text from sunnah.com but I am having trouble in matching the references from Urdu book and from that of the Sunna.com, they dont match most fo the times.
For Example:

Can I please get some guidance to help me understand these conflicts?

The problem of having differing numbering systems is indeed vexing. We have endeavored to follow a scholarly and well-tahqiq'd numbering scheme whenever possible. In the case of Sahih al-Bukhari, we follow shaykh Muhammad Fu'ad `Abd al-Baaqi's numbering scheme which is popular and well-known. Most prints follow this numbering. I'm not sure which numbering scheme the Urdu book refers to.
Having the name of the bab, as in your case, will be helpful in pinning down the right hadith number on our website.
