Dissolution of Eternity DLC Fails to Load Last Map, (r2m8)

I am able to play the "Dissolution of Eternity" DLC right up to the final map: r2m8.
When jumping through the last portal on the previous map or manually loading from the console, the last map will not load.
The error message is:
Any luck? I have the same issue with Dimensions of the Past level...
It's been awesome playing Quake raytraced so far! And catching up on these newer episodes.
It's not a fix, but I had the same problem & loaded the .sav with a standard VKquake install, beat the crashing level, saved & copied the save back to VKquake-rt
There are different maps causing this, as well as some places on maps which could be loaded in general.
All crashes are with the error below
