Error in Seed Object Accessioning

I followed the following instructions to register 3 seeds:

I can see the sites crawled in wayback.
Error messages:
thumbnail-generator : Thumbnail for druid druid:bm712nb1014 and http://sensesplaces.org can't be generated. #FAIL# Unable to load the address! with HTTP status: 200, HTTP message: OK

When I register these items, I chose "Web Archive Seed Object APO" (2 other choices are: Stanford University Libraries and [internal system objects]. However, when I check the consul page https://consul.stanford.edu/display/WARC/Initiating+Crawl+Object+Accessioning
it mentions: Admin Policy should be set to "Web Archive Crawl Object Public APO".
I deleted the items shown in order to re-register the items under "Web Archive Crawl Object Public APO" and found out Web Archive Crawl Object Public APO" is not one of the choices. Please advise.
I found some mistakes in accessioning the objects. I will close this issue.
