Improve results when searching for H-* identifiers

E.g. when searching for "H-1302", we should find the item with that identifier in the top few results.

I'm breaking this specific ticket out from #186 -- should have perhaps happened sooner! This way we can leave open the braoder #186 after addressing this specific issue.
