Use the SUL logo for favicon

What should it be instead?
My first thought is just what is normal for SUL on other Library sites - but will leave to @ggeisler to decide. There was talk of creating a VT logo, but we haven't done that yet.
This PR should have fixed this but it's not showing up on stage or prod; I will redeploy and check the servers to make sure the code is live.
