Update Explore the collection badge design

Design needed? I can't find the NTA figma off-hand, but I think these are just the standard badge sizes?
Hey @cbeer, this was requested by @laurensorensen and I agree that they seem pretty small to read --but I would be OK to leave for Gary with the design needed label, not a high priority.
I looked at the Figma here and I also found a mockup in this ticket.
It looks to me like the badge font is not only bigger, but that they have different colors as well, with white text and a darker background. Maybe using those colors would make them easier to read regardless of the font size.
I'm changing the title of this ticket to overall update the design of the badges.
We should definitely match the colors to the mockup, but I think changing the font size is optional.
