We instead want to say;

This item is currently in use by another patron. We'll reach out to partner libraries to secure a copy for you. We can't estimate a delivery date but will send you an email with more information about your request.

...because we're not technically "adding you to the request queue"; we first have to go see if anyone else has it.

Update text shown to user prior to hold/recall
