Error Message: Cannot import name "import_pmx"

When attempting to activate addon, Blender 2.68a gives attached error message:

Version 0.4.3 of mmd_tools.
Macbook 10.6.8, intel chip.

Also have Blender2pmx and Meshio mmd related plugins, in case there is a known conflict.

Probably this is the exact same error as #15. It was already resolved in v0.4.4.

Please try the latest version.
