Better UI for dark mode

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In dark mode, UI doesn't look so good, and in some network such as Kusama, text is hard to recognize.
Describe the solution you'd like
Overall design for dark mode.
Additional context
The existing dark mode is not friendly to the user experience, so first remove related functions and wait for the UI designer to provide optimization solutions.
