Unreasonable crowd loan data download function

The function here should be replaced with Download All.
I don't think anyone will specifically download a page of data.
Most of the requirements here are that the project party needs to obtain the information of all the people involved in crowd lending.
Features to expect:
The people who use this function are basically all project parties, so I hope to provide data selection in addition to csv format, such as json data.
