Add link to glossary

Should probably include a link to the glossary. I'm thinking either in step 1 or step 4. (Step 1 because it's an important issue. Step 4 because that's where a lot of our non-tech social justice-y resources are kept.) I'm open to either one.
I'm a dork and realized that this is a duplicate issue. I should not create issues before drinking coffee.
