4.11.x sliently corrupts filesystem

not related to this package but the new 4.11.x series silently corrupt your nbd device by creating 0 sized files. after some time, depending on fs load, your instance will just hang. just stick with 4.10.x series for now.
seems to work fine now since 4.12.0-1-ARCH
