AB Spacer height defaults are not consistent

Describe the bug
When adding the AB Spacer block, it is added at a default 30px height. However, if you attempt to adjust the height, the minimum becomes 50px and it isn't possible to set it below 50.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add an AB Spacer block
  2. Note the height is 30px
  3. Change the height, note it becomes 50px default and you can't set it lower, even by typing in the height

Expected behavior
You'll be able to set the desired height of the spacer to at least match the 30px original height.

Additional context
50px minimum would be too high for how I've been using it.
