Links in table of content in oocss/README.md are not linked correctly

If you take a look at this file: https://github.com/stubbornella/oocss/blob/master/oocss/README.md

Links in table of content are not working 100%, in source of that file there are some html anchors that have the correct id but it seems they are stripped out, so that's why this URL is not working: https://github.com/stubbornella/oocss/blob/master/oocss/README.md#required-vagrant

It should be this: https://github.com/stubbornella/oocss/blob/master/oocss/README.md#vagrant

I'm not sure if this is intentional though, maybe you are using this file as part of build process so you are ok with this?
