Allow control over "forbidden" words?

There are certain words that cspell tells me are forbidden, like "homebase". Yet, I can not find any way to control what is considered forbidden. Even if I add the word to my list of words, it is still considered forbidden.
I can find no detailed information about this forbidden feature, and I even have a hard time imagining its usefulness.
I don't know if it's a bug or a feature, but it's triggering my OCD and I would love to get these squiggly lines out of my editor.

Not a problem. If you can think of how to improve the documentation, it would be useful for the next person that is having a similar issue.
