make setup bash script - for easy setup

like in v1 we need single bash script to setup whole SR2 setup.
detect OS ( debian, centos, fedora, ubuntu ) and run specific script for that to install docker.

also script should ask several things like in SR1:
domain / ip address
admin email
admin password - could be generated ?
