error reading plugins config.xml

hi. all of the sudden when i try to start the server is says error reading plugins config.xml. cannot continue. how do i fix this?

Delete Stream-Pi Server directory from your user home directory. C:\Users\<username>\Stream-Pi\Server on windows and ~/Stream-Pi/Server on *nix
