Jabber.org is down:
- Websites: https://jabber.org/ + http://jabber.org/
- Mailing lists: https://mail.jabber.org/ + http://mail.jabber.org/
- Main Jabber.org XMPP Server
- Conference Jabber.org XMPP Server
Checked all the things you listed, and they seem fine to me.
The problem is always here.
No ping:

- conference.jabber.org: .216
- mail.jabber.org: .215
