[Bug] Headings from READMEs in integration catalog lack ids

Describe the bug
Speaking of issues in the docs, I just noticed that links like https://storybook.js.org/addons/@storybook/test-runner#getstorycontext do not actually go to the section of the doc. Not sure if that's a bug or just due to pulling in a github readme and using it as the page.

Anchor links should work, both when clicking one on the page and when navigating directly to a URL with a fragment
