Identify the blackletter/gothic/Old English font for the masthead that reads “St. Cleve Chronicle”

It is currently typeset in Old English Text MT Std but will recur to Chomsky or your default fantasy font as a last resource.
It seems to be an original drawing based on Old English but look for example at the straight “C”. It looks also somewhat condensed to me.
