User story.
As a Gitpod VSCode Browser user, I want to use vscode-spectral, so that I can lint my openapi files.
Is your feature request related to a problem?
The Gitpod VSCode Browser cannot install extensions from the Microsoft Visual Studio Code Marketplace.

Please publish your extension to the vendor-neutral, open-source Open VSX registry. The “how to Publish an Extension” docs provide step-by-step instructions.
