Hello, could you give an example of car tax calculation?
I have tried to calculate a car tax based on motorrijtuigenbelasting tarief for a petrol car with weight of 1340kg registered in Noord Holland.
According to my calculation it should be
(€ 49,89 + € 13,42 * 4) * 1,679 = € 173,89
Where:
- € 49,89 base for cars with weight about 900kg
- € 13,42 additional price for each 100kg about 900kg, in my case I have 400 addition kilograms
- 1,679 motorrijtuigenbelasting percentage increase for Noord Holland province
