Permissions issue

PAUSE permissions for the namespace 'slots' is currently held by AWIN (https://cpanmeta.grinnz.com/perms#=slots) due to an ancient release of PerlQt (https://metacpan.org/release/AWIN/PerlQt-1.06). Either AWIN or the pause admins should release this permission because all releases of PerlQt since then have not used it.
The permissions have been transferred, but there is still some adjustment needed because your version of slots is lower than the existing indexed version. https://cpanmeta.grinnz.com/packages#=slots
