Filter out conversations based on sender name

Hi @stephancasas , thanks for this great workflow! Would it be possible to add the option of filtering out conversations from the list, based on the sender name?

My use case is that I'm not interested in seeing all of the "conversations" where the sender name is all numbers:

I guess in this case, it would almost be a regex-type statement to hide conversations where the sender name is all numbers

Sorry it's taken a bit to respond to this, but I do like the idea. Sometime this week, I'll push a config-exposed option in an update. If you've installed via Alfred Gallery, it should push/update automatically.
