/usr/sbin/sendmail not found during installation

The PHP based, simulated request, installation process will trigger a /usr/sbin/sendmail not found warning on most systems that will lead to the command running the installation contextually to return a status code of 1.

The WordPress installation will run when running a command like wp theme install twentytwenty if slic up did not run already.

The missing sendmail notice is triggered by the email sent to the site administrator email address during installation; that email should be filtered out.
