Doc page for GitHub action using Slic

It would be great to show off how Slic can be used with GitHub actions with a few examples of the different types of tests that you already run for TEC/ET in those repo workflows.
Some doc page for that would be handy.
Adding this here in case I get some time to help with that or you beat me to it.
