Missing python3_12 in dev-lang/python-exec is causing world update failures.

I no longer provide a "python-exec" in my overlay, since February.
Is something preventing you from syncing a newer version?

Yes, media-gfx/displaycal pulls in dev-python/wxpython.

I also package "displaycal-py3". Go ahead and sync it.

Never mind, discovered there is an updated displaycal in portage now.
