Search/Filter within a category

- Implement the search within the category by tags or keywords in order for the users to be able to somehow filter the list within (for ex) Accessibility category, etc.
Thanks @antonilchuk. There are ongoing discussions about search (#61) and we'll consider it in the future but not right now. :)
