Loader: support HTTP get via Trinity

Support for HTTP get via Trinity in the file selector to allow modules to be loaded across a network connection.
I don't have a Trinity and SimCoupe support has been blocked on request of Colin, so this will be tricky.
Might be worth having a word with Colin, given Si Owen of the dev work on the Trinity drivers there may be a secret squirrel SimCoupe that would allow some dev - other than that i can lend you my Trinity if you still have working hardware but that won't help the dev much thoufh :(
