About the offensive folder that is in the templates folder

I had never looked at this folder inside the templates folder as I should, and today I was looking and noticed that it has two troop formats, clear and scout. I assumed they are templates for cleaning and collecting information. But how to use it? In the same way as the others? And how to choose which villages will be attacked?
Those were probably some left-over features I took from my old bot but they didn't reliably work on multiple servers/worlds. It was used for coordinating timing/mass attacks but I've never had any time to finish it in this version.
