Unable to save file / export to binary

Windows 10, VSCode 1.27.2

After "view hexdump", trying to "Save" or "Save As" does nothing. "Save As" does not imitate the file explorer for Windows to name and save file.

Command "Export to Binary File" also does nothing, even after copying the contents of the .hexdump manually to a new file and trying it there.
