Would be nice to be able to search through My Books as well and give those books a priority. The URL however includes the logged in user's ID and is of the form:
https://www.goodreads.com/review/list/{ID}?utf8=%E2%9C%93&search%5Bquery%5D=running
The user's ID seems to be not mandatory. I will submit a new pull request accordingly.
