Migrate to SvelteKit

As we know, Sapper development is dead. It should be somewhat simple to migrate the app over to SvelteKit, which would also address the deprecated Netlify package we're currently using (#128) and drastically speed up build times.
Not doing this in favor of making it a Flutter app instead.
