sas_discover: filter non-printable characters

Problem:
# sas_discover -vv | grep host
Binary file (standard input) matches
Can you share sas_discover -vv?
It was due to two null characters in the board id with a Dell HBA 355e. It's coming from the driver/sysfs. For convenience, sas_discover will now strip null characters and also non ascii characters found in most fields. Resolved in v0.5.0 just released:
# sas_discover -vv | grep Dell
`--host1 board: Dell HBA355e Ad , product: SAS3816, bios: 00.00.00.00, fw: 24.15.03.00
